CHIEF COMPLAINTS:- 65 year old female came with complaints of Shortness of breath since 5 days HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS:- Patient was apparently normal 2 years back,she then developed shortness of breath which was insidious in onset ,gradually progressive.Now it gradually progressed to Grade-3,she is having shortness of breath with rest since 5 days.
